It should be read together with our Terms of Sale and our Returns & Refunds Policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

2. Used and Pre-Owned Vehicles

The majority of vehicles we sell are used, pre-owned, or vintage machines. These vehicles have been previously owned and operated, and they show varying degrees of wear consistent with their age, use, and history.

Each vehicle is a unique, one-of-a-kind item. Two vehicles of the same model and year may differ in condition, wear, mechanical state, and appearance.

3. Sold “As-Is”

Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific vehicle or item, all used and pre-owned vehicles and parts are sold “as-is” and “with all faults,” without any warranty of any kind. This means you accept the vehicle or item in its current condition, including any faults or defects, whether or not they are apparent at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Descriptions, Photographs, and Specifications

We describe and photograph each vehicle and item to the best of our knowledge and make every effort to be accurate. However:

  • Descriptions and photographs are provided as a general representation and may not capture every detail, imperfection, or characteristic.
  • Model years, specifications, and history are provided based on available information and are not guaranteed to be complete or free of error.
  • Colors and appearance may vary from how they appear on your screen.

Minor cosmetic wear, age-related imperfections, and normal signs of use are expected on used vehicles and may not all be individually documented.

5. Inspection Before Purchase

Because vehicles are sold as-is, we strongly encourage buyers to inspect a vehicle before purchase, either in person or through an independent, qualified third party. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to the condition, mechanical state, and suitability of a vehicle before completing your purchase.

6. No Guarantee of Fitness or Performance

We make no representation or guarantee that any vehicle or item is fit for any particular purpose, competition, terrain, or use. Any modifications, performance parts, or aftermarket components may affect the vehicle’s operation, reliability, and legal status, and are used at your own risk.

7. Safety and Assumption of Risk

ATVs and similar off-road vehicles are high-performance machines that carry a risk of serious injury or death if operated improperly. Purchasing a vehicle from us does not constitute training, certification, or any assurance of safe operation. You are solely responsible for operating any vehicle safely and lawfully, including the use of appropriate protective equipment and compliance with all applicable laws. 8. Titling, Registration, and Legal Use

We do not warrant that any vehicle is eligible for on-road use or for registration in any particular state or jurisdiction. Titling and registration requirements vary by location, and it is your responsibility to comply with the requirements applicable to you.
