1. Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are handled for purchases from Dirt Life Power Sports. Because we sell both vehicles and parts and accessories, different rules apply to each. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Vehicle Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of used, pre-owned, and vintage vehicles, all vehicle sales are final. Once a vehicle purchase is completed, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except as required by applicable law.

Each vehicle is a unique, one-of-a-kind item sold “as-is,” as described in our Terms of Sale and our Disclaimer / Condition of Sale. We strongly encourage buyers to review all photographs and descriptions, ask questions, and inspect the vehicle in person or through an independent third party before completing a purchase.

3. Deposits

Where a deposit is taken to reserve a vehicle, the terms applicable to that deposit, including whether and under what conditions it is refundable, are confirmed to you in writing before the deposit is taken. Those written terms govern your deposit.

4. Parts and Accessories

Unused parts and accessories may be eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable.
  • The item must not be installed, modified, or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable, including electrical components, special-order items, and items marked as final sale.

To request a return of a part or accessory, contact us at contact@dirtlifepowersports.com with your order details before returning any item. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Unless a return is due to our error or a defect for which we are responsible, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process a return for an item we do not receive.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. For transit damage, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery documentation at the time of delivery where possible, as described in our Shipping & Freight Policy. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, where a return applies. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order before it has shipped or before a vehicle has been released or its title and registration paperwork processed. Once an order has shipped or a vehicle sale has been completed, the terms above apply.
